This 4-star graded holiday house is located in the idilic town Dullstroom, only 2,5 hours drive from OR Tambo International Airport and 3 hours drive from Lengau Lodge. This town has lots of nice restaurants and souvenir shops. Elm Tree House has 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen-diner with a fireplace, a luxurious TV-lounge with leather couches & fireplace and a playroom with a pool table on the first floor. The large private, fenced garden has a motorised gate and your car(s) can safely be parked under the carport. On the terrace you find a large Weber BBQ.
Elm Tree House has 4 bedrooms on the ground floor, each sleep two guests. Two rooms with kingsize XL double beds, two rooms with 2 XL singles. The master bedroom has a fireplace and an ensuite bathroom, with shower and bath tub.
The other three rooms share a luxury bathroom with double basins and a shower.
South Africa suffers from load shedding. That means that the grid electricity is regularly been switched off. Elm Tree House has a large power backup system. The availability of electricity is secured during load shedding. Except for the electrical stove and the electrical heated geysers, all equipment and lights remain operational.
The house is privately located, securely fenced of with access via a motorised gate. 4 cars can be parked on the property within the fenced area, of which 2 can be parked under the carport.
On the first floor is a large lounge room, with luxury Chesterfield leather couches, a large smart TV with Netflix and DSTV. Also a game room with a pool table and board games is situated on the first floor.
